Service Description

Taking this class is a fantastic choice for any young person interested in ceramics. Enrol in our club for aspiring potters. A series of three sessions that are intended to provide entertainment while fostering creative expression through the use of clay As part of the creative process and young people's personal development, we encourage them to make their own decisions, including making mistakes. Children gain a sense of agency that extends far beyond the confines of the studio once they acquire the skills necessary to articulate and realise their individual thoughts and ideas through the medium of clay. Through the use of coil, pinch, and slab hand building techniques, students will investigate the process of creating functional and decorative ceramics. As a means of unwinding and bolstering their self-assurance, they are experimenting with clay. When the pieces have been bisque-fired, the students will have access to a variety of glazes that they can use to decorate their creations. Every glaze is non-toxic to food. Clay, glaze, tools, and all firings are included in the pricing of the class membership. The bare minimum for class is 3.
